Cancellations and Refunds (as taken from our current Terms and Conditions)
7.1 Goods can be cancelled up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive such Goods. Users wishing to cancel an Order can do so by emailing email@example.com Notification that your Order has been cancelled will be sent to your email address.
7.2 You have the right to examine Goods once received by you. In doing so, however, you must not tamper, damage or otherwise remove any hygienic seals on the Goods. Refunds will only be given where cancelled Goods are returned to Us undamaged and unused (including where hygiene seals have not been tampered with, damaged or removed) within 7 days of cancellation, along with the original packaging. Subject to paragraph 7.3 below, you will be liable for the cost of returning cancelled Goods. Refunds will be made within 72 hours after return of Goods or cancellation. Any Goods cancelled after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
7.3 We will refund the cost of returning any Goods which are faulty and/or damaged; or any Good which is offered as a substitute to that ordered. The cost of returning the Goods will be refunded within 7 days of Us receiving the Goods.
